1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZoneTech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
ZoneTech provides digital consultancy services including web development, brand strategy, marketing and related disciplines.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to engage our services or be acting on behalf of an organisation with authority to do so.
4. Accounts & Bookings
When you create an account or book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Payments
Fees, deposits and payment terms for engagements are agreed in a separate Statement of Work.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by ZoneTech unless otherwise indicated. Deliverables IP transfers as outlined in your SOW.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and will not share it without your written consent except as required by law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate third-party services. Their terms apply when you use them.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided 'as is' without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is specified in an SOW.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneTech's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ZoneTech against claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement under the conditions defined in the SOW.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of Zimbabwe.
16. Modifications
We may update these terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
17. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
19. Communications
By engaging us you consent to receive communications related to your project.
